My parents did a lot of travelling when I was still young and they tug me along with them, and that is the reason why until now I still love going abroad and learn about their culture. Hong Kong is one of the best tourist destination for me, and I was glad I was able to visit it last month. I was amazed and shocked by its culture, making it one of my best travels. I saw some of the things they were famous for, such as self-cleaning toilets, vending machines almost everywhere, small apartments, big crowds, convenient subways , and all night shopping centers.   I made sure that I brought along with me some travel guides and maps before I left my country. In a foreign country where you are not fluent with their language, it is really important to plan out the things and places that you want to do and see, including where to eat and shop at. But despite my difficulty with the Chinese language, I was still able to enjoy, relax, and learned a lot of things about their culture and history. Hong Kong had many restaurants offering English menus or at the very least menus with pictures. Do not be afraid to commute in Hong kong because commuting is super easy, so you will not get lost if you want to visit city garden. The subways in Hong Kong are great as long as you properly plan out your main destinations, either before you leave your homeland, or before you leave your hotel, you will be all set. Signs are everywhere depicting everything you need such as food, restrooms, and shops, so with these, you can get what you need without speaking in Chinese. Surely, Hong Kong will always be in my heart.
