The Stream of the Name
Everyday I have my abnormal eating habits, I eat not 3 times a day but 5 to 6 times a day, I started this habit when I reached high school, and also I feel starving mostly late at night, even though I already eat my launch at night, and after 2 or 3 hours I have this late night snack, but it never makes me fat, although my belly only got bigger, maybe for too much bad eating habit, but still I cant resist it, last year I discipline myself regarding with my unusual eating habits, but after a month still going back to where It used to be, eating more 3 time a day in addition of snacks, my sister told me that eating bad habits can cause some sickness like diabetes, obesities, and more, my two brothers have the same problem, we consume almost 2 kilos of rice each meal a day, so thats 3 meals so 6 kilos a day just for the three of us, the snacks are not yet included, maybe because we practice together and play basketball every afternoon, that is why we burn fats also, thats why we never get fatter, except my belly, for this maybe due to alcohol drinking and beer also, some says beer or any alcohol content can cause your belly bigger, and also eating fatty foods, especially the fats of pork, I really love this kind of food, the part of fat on porks that is to be cook in deep fry, very delicious for me and only needs a little food but 3 times rice consume, maybe when I reached at the aged of 40 or 50, my body starts to respond bigger due to bad eating habits, but for now, I think I have to just exercise a day to decrease fats in my body.
