Sleeping Time

A lot of people now a days are becoming health conscious and are going to the gym ,keeping a healthy lifestyle and generally scared of getting sick. New cancer strains are turning up in the last decades, new breads of virus are showing up, and they are immune to the current cures that we have. I for one belong to these group of people who have become health fanatics, for the last six years, I have not eaten red meat, and I exercise three times in a week, drink more than a litter of water every day, stopped smoking and stayed away from people that smoke and fumes, I drink the essential vitamins that a regular human body needs, and I try to sleep eight hours every day, because I try to make up for the fact that I work on the night shift. Because I work at night and have been like this for the last seven years, I am so paranoid, because instead of sleeping at night I am wide awake, and that the sleep I get during the day is not sufficient enough as to compared at night. Taking supplements like Acai Berry drink and Goji drink is one of the things I am doing,though it is always stated in the packaging that it has no therapeutic claim, I have not known any acai berry side effects or from goji as well.   Everyday I am doing poses on my own, but twice a day I go to an Ashtanga class. Staying away from those that causes stress is what I do, and I do healthy possible stuff.
