  My buddies will be coming over this Friday night, I will be the host of the dinner get together, we usually do this every two months just to keep abreast of our daily activities, we eat, drink, listen to music or simply chitchat, relax and chill out. They are my friends way back in school, we have kept in contact all throughout these years and tried very much to cultivate such friendship, thus we plan to have this bonding activity and routinely plot it in our schedule in advance. So I considered to serve my menu of lasagna, since I have read somewhere that cheese boards are good for sharing, to relish our bonding moments then I will be serving it too, thus I will be able to utilized the cheese board I purchased online last month. I came to like scrutinizing with cheese using the wooden cheese board I selected on the web, my aunt who loves to cook, gave me a book about cheeses, then she motivated me to try and plan simple variety of three to five cheese courses. Thus enthusiasm turned into a passion, I browsed more about it online, for I was amazed that you could actually select a nice website that discusses about a wide range of cheese boards, to cheese, and the food or wine that goes with it. I could not ask for more, this is my chance of sharing the recently learned ability I have about cheeses and my friends are the best person to allocate this with. An hour before my friends arrive, I took out the cheese from the refrigerator, I chose one soft, one hard and blue cheese variety and set up it with the crackers and nuts that I will provide as accompaniments, I then heard the doorbell rang.
