Burning Birch

My family and I decided to relocate since my husband got a call and was offered a higher position to join Starbucks in Del Mar Heights where he comes from Tempe, Arizona along the East University Drive where we lived for more than five years. We never expected this to happen but chance came and here we are ready to go, Steve went ahead of us since he was badly needed there already for apparently another branch in that area had bad reviews they need to help it out . My husband’s career was as important to him as it is for me, well, I would never get in the way of progress. Since our kids still are not going to school, the only concern for us was to search for a house that is not that expensive but not too cheap either because we might end up buying a rag tag house with a lot of repair bills to our expense. I noticed some great houses presented by del mar homes with one particular house in Ocean Front, this I saw when I went online to check on good neighborhoods and communities where it is a safe haven to my family. It was a two-story bungalow with three garage doors and four bedrooms and bathrooms, one point that makes it good for me is because the neighborhood allows pets and I have three Chihuahuas with me and I never want to leave them behind. And as the address says, it is an ocean front, so you can imagine the ambiance and the nice mornings my days will be, ovens and refrigerators were also included so it was a big budget saver for me. It has been a month now since we all moved in and it was money well spent for a very beautiful home.
